The PPL-9294 digital thermometer is designed for use in the
food and catering industry in the preparation and storage of food. The wide
measuring range makes it suitable for chilled and cooked foods and the practical
design makes it easy to use and carry. The probe folds open and closed turning
the thermometer on and off and whilst closed is protected preventing damage. The
fast response probe allows measurements to be taken quickly ensuring that this
most important of tasks is carried out with the minimum of delay. The
thermometer is held in stock for immediate dispatch.
